My creative process starts with inquiry. I’ll brainstorm with stakeholders, define personas and create journey maps. I’ll also use other field methods for determining business and user goals. I use various frameworks from established leaders in the industry like BJ Fogg’s behavior model and Nielsen's Heuristic Evaluations. From there create a design system and follow UX Laws. When measuring KPIs I’ll use Google's HEART metrics" to assess the high and low points. From there I’ll make educated decisions on how to improve the experience. My masters from Bentley University in Human Factors in Information Design has given me the tools to lead a vision and create an optimal experience for the user.
